Our business

(01)

An agency built on dignity and respect.

Professional Case Management Services of America, Inc. (PCSA) provides Support Coordination for Georgians with developmental disabilities receiving Medicaid waiver services.

We bring together the individual, the people they choose to involve and their service providers. That connection helps turn personal goals into a plan and keeps everyone focused as needs change.

Our team works from Valdosta and Tucker, supporting people throughout our service area.

  1. Individuals

    Your voice comes first

Share what matters to you, what is working and what you would like to change.

  2. Families & caregivers

    A shared understanding

Bring your questions and insight to conversations about the person's support.

  3. Providers

    Working from the same plan

Coordinate services around the individual's needs and raise concerns when something changes.

  4. Community

    Connections beyond services

Build relationships and find ways to take part in the places and activities you value.

The lives they desire, on their own terms, not a life chosen for them by others.
